The Moama Facility (FFA) at Moama occupies a 20 acre lot of clear land with a current plant footprint of

approximately 8 acres, with the potential for future expansion.

The facility is located in close proximity to railway transport, which may provide a transport advantage for future developments.

The operating facility at Moama consists of the following:

1. A Bio Diesel plant.

2. A 2 column Hydrocarbon Processing Plant, currently being used as part of a Glycerine Treatment plant.

3. A Pre-treatment Plant, located between the Bio Diesel and the Hydrocarbon Processing Plant which is used to pre-treat feedstocks, and

4. A complete Crude Oil Refinery consisting of 4 columns.

The existing FFA facilities have advantages over a conventional Bio Diesel facility in that a lower cost of product could be supplied to the market. These are:

• Upgrades to the existing facility have been undertaken including full recovery of high grade methanol for re use within the process and refining glycerol, producing a higher grade product with the potential to attract a larger market for a higher value product.

• The facility has the flexibility for usage and refining lower cost feedstocks to produce Bio Diesel. The crude (hydrocarbon facility) when operational, will be able to produce Diesel on site.
