AusThaiProperty.com offers a simple, yet unique way to get out of your underperforming Thai property, at a better than market price and into the Australian property market that is actually going places.

The whole process is simple, safe and secure

There’s no transfer of your Thai property until you have exchanged ownership on your new Australian property

Here’s how it works….


Your Thai Property

  • Our team will appraise your property
  • We will then give you an offer in writing that is valid for 30 days
  • If your property has depreciated value, we will offer you at minimum what your originally paid for your property
  • If your property has appreciated in value, we will offer you at least 20% above current market value

Your New Australian Property

  • Once you have our appraisal offer in writing, you can now choose one of the many properties that AusThaiProperty.com has listed for sale
  • Once you have selected a property you like you can use the appraisal amount, we have offered you writing as a deposit towards your new Australian property
  • The remaining balance owed on your new property can be paid in cash of finance
  • Subject to normal lending conditions, our team in our Australian office may also be able to help you secure a loan via a registered mortgage lender for some or all of the remaining amount.

Property Exchange

  • Your Thai property for which is being used for the deposit on your new Australian property does not change hands until the day of settlement (exchange of ownership) of your new property in Australia
  • On the day of settlement of your new Australian property, you will be required to legally transfer ownership of your Thai property to AusThaiProperty.com parent company in Thailand
  • All transfer costs must be paid for by you

  • Australia is one of the highest Government regulated property markets in the world, that is designed to protect the interests of both the buyer and the seller, that is why we only sell properties from Australia
  • All properties we offer in Australia are true bank valuations, not over-inflated prices, this way it makes it easier to secure mortgage finance for the remaining amount. All mortgage lending is provided by 3rd parties and normal statutory lending requirements must be met.
  • We only deal we developers of projects we know we can trust and/or private sellers that we have qualified as a legitimate seller.
